Beryl is a town located in Iron County, Utah just outside of Cedar City. Cedar City is the largest of the cities in Iron County. With just a short drive up the UT-56 highway, you end up right in the center of Beryl. Land here is used for various types of reason. Some locals call it their paradise. It’s a place where you can be away from all the busy city streets. The people in Beryl are very friendly. Some have found their neighbors to be very friendly and they have made life-long friends with them.

Since the land in Beryl can be used for multipurpose you can: camp, build a home, start a farm, raise animals, have a trailer on it, or just visit the area occasionally at your own convenience. There are several middle schools and elementary schools located about 12 miles away from the property.

Beryl Junction is located where Hwy 56 & 18 meets. Here you will find several commercial buildings including a small cafe, the new Escalante Valley Elementary School, and the old Escalante Valley Elementary School. The local power company is near by as well as a few other businesses such as a tire center and a repair shop.

Cedar City is the nearest major city that is about 45 miles away from this lot. It’s also 250 miles south of Salt Lake City on Interstate 15. Cedar City is home of Southern Utah University, the Utah Shakespearean Festival, the Utah Summer Games and much more other events.

Modena is a community that is also close by. This community is near the Nevada border which lies along State Route 56 west of the city of Parowan.
