Toledo, Ohio is the county seat of Lucas County, Ohio.  The city has a population of 313,619, and is the fourth-largest city in Ohio. The city's location near the intersection of I-80/I-90 and I-75 (i.e. "The Crossroads of America") has made it a popular hub location for transportation companies such as UPS and BAX Global. Toledo is also the nation's third busiest rail hub, 15th-busiest air cargo hub, and one of the busiest ports on the Great Lakes. To promote economic development, the City of Toledo has announced that it will cover the 81 square miles of the city of Toledo with Wi-Fi internet access for government, business, and personal use. This will create the nation's sixth largest Wi-Fi network, and will be funded with private dollars.

Toledo also is home to many universities and tourist attractions.  Numerous cultural and recreational opportunities are available in Toledo. The world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art is home to the nationally recognized Glass Pavilion, a beautiful structure housing a priceless collection of glass art. The Toledo Zoo is nationally recognized as one of the most comprehensive in the nation and is home to the first hippoquarium. The Center of Science and Industry (COSI) operates a science museum that’s permanent and traveling exhibits allow a hands-on approach to learning and entertainment. Music fans in the city have a wide variety of options to enjoy, including the Toledo Opera, the Toledo Symphony and the Toledo Ballet. Toledo is a great place to live, visit and do business.

Our property is conveniently located near the Maumee River, Ohio State Scenic River. This river is a 130 miles long and offers boat rides in the spring and summer. Maumee River also has several islands on it. Islands such as Corbutt and Grassy are located close to the property. Many wonderful schools that are nearby; Westfield Elementary, Toledo Public School, and Queen of Apostles School are just to name a few. Ashley Field Park is just a few blocks away. Toledo has a variety of great parks for all ages and many of them are just a short drive away, such as Cullen Park.
